The Equal Formula
Final Major Project
The Equal Formula strive for an equal sponsorship opportunity for women in Formula One. The aim of the project is to raise awareness on the current lack of female representation that inhibits women from gaining the same opportunities as their male peers.
‘Always’ is an established company that sells sanitary products, working towards equality through their existing campaign #likeagirl poses an appropriate sponsor partnership to represent women in motorsports.
Using the visual language of sexist gatekeeping comments throughout the campaign highlights the reality of what women have to face as both fans and drivers. Spinning these comments to have a positive outcome to empower women who will have to drive whilst on their period highlights that this does not impact their performance.

Stroke Hub Wales aims to reduce the impact of strokes both in the long and short term through the use of creating programmes that can aid in the research and education that will go towards preventing strokes. Aphasia can cause difficulty with a range of methods of communicating such as speaking, understanding speech, reading and writing.
‘Are you the missing voice’ works to educate and support the younger audience who may lack knowledge of aphasia as the misconception that strokes mainly impact the older generation puts the younger generation at risk. Educating individuals through directing the user to the hubs created by Stroke Hub Wales ensures that young people are aware of the dangers of strokes is the goal of the campaign.
